Marketplace Role

MobileHomeBid is a marketplace facilitator only. The contract of sale is directly between the buyer and seller.

We do not take title, hold purchase funds, or guarantee the condition of any home.

When a sale occurs, buyer and seller contact details are exchanged so parties can close offline.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Listings

Sellers represent that listing information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

All listings may be reviewed by administrators before publication.

Prohibited Conduct

• Auction manipulation or shill bidding
• Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation
• Any unlawful use of the platform

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileHomeBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Disputes over home condition, title, payment default, or offline closing are between buyer and seller. Platform support is limited to terms enforcement and fee policy.
